Tim and I recently took part in our first ever trade show, the ACTS (Atlantic Craft Trade Show) at the Halifax Trade and Convention Centre. We met so many cool people, and were so happy to take part! We’ve been working on the orders we took since then, and we’ve even shipped a couple out already. Everything is looking promising for our first couple of months — Here’s hoping March is going to be even better!
We’ve had a lot of time to work on our glass because the snow has limited our options, but Tim has begun doing his travelling “Junk-de-verre” workshops to area groups, with a couple of school visits coming up in March. It’s been so cool to see what everyone else comes up with when they get a chance to play with the bits of glass, and then send it back out all shiny and smooth.
